01 / BOOK A DISCOVERY CALL

We'll arrange a call to get to know each other, explore your business objectives, dive deeper into what your business truly needs, and what your expectations are, and address any questions you may have about the package or social media strategies.

If you decide to go ahead with either this package, or the custom one we brainstormed together during the call, we'll coordinate a start date for the project.

02 / THE CREATIVE AGREEMENT

Before we start our journey together, it’s important to have things written down to prevent any misunderstandings between both, he Client, and the Olympia Growth Team.

03 / THE INVOICES

After you submit the Creative Agreement, an email with the first invoice and payment link will be sent out to you. Together, we will set a monthly payment day, depending on the starting date of this project, and if we start the 1st or mid-month.

04 / THE NOTION CLIENT DASHBOARD

In the meantime, we will set up a Notion Client Dashboard, that includes all the important Client Links, such as the Strategies, News, Launches, Updates, Hashtags, Hooks, the Monthly Check Ins for the Client-Manager calls, etc.

We will add you to the Dashboard, and you will be able to link your folders with the imagery, videos, brand guide, mood board, social media access, and anything you would like to share with us.

On Notion, you'll also be notified when the content is ready for the bi-weekly approvals, and more.
